pH over reading

I understand that pH will read higher than actual if the Chlorine is over 10 ppm. This is if you are using the drop test for pH?
Would you expect the pH to also read higher than actual with a digital tester?

Digital tester wouldn’t be affected by that but they need to be calibrated, cleaned and stored properly to be accurate. Don’t expect a cheap one to be reliable.
