Intellichlor temp issue

Although the system is reading water temp of 60, the cell is still in cold water mode, not producing Cl. A separate thermometer reads 57. The cell is new as of Oct this year. Is it the temp sensor?

The cell has it's own temperature sensor...

I believe you are just making things harder on yourself than you need... Once the water temps get below 60 and the cell starts to shut off, it just makes sense to shut the cell off and start using Liquid Chlorine.
