IC40 Water Temp Crazy

Sometime over the winter my pool water temp began reading over 100 degrees. No heater or anything like that, so after some reading I bought a new flow sensor/thermister and swapped out the old one yesterday.
Water still reads 112. Flow works, air temp is correct.
Is there somewhere I should go to reset or recalibrate possibly?

Welcome to the forum.

There is no calibration of that temperature. Where are you seeing that temperature?

No,

I assume you have an EasyTouch...

The thermistor in the IC40, has nothing to do with the reported water temp.. Water temp has its own thermistor, usually between the pump and the filter.

The thermistor inside the IC40, just shuts the SWCG off when the water is too cold to run and it also adjusts the reported salinity level based on water temp inside the IC40.

Thanks,

Jim R.
