I have an AG pool. I think the lawn mower propelled a small rock and it hit the frame. It is beginning to rust. There is no actual hole yet, but there is rust. How would I clean it and repair it?

Any rust neutralizer from your hardware store. Then paint over it to protect it.

Take a wire brush to it and hit it with rustoleum in a spray can and then a color closest to the pool color.
I took a wire brush to it, hit it with rustoleum and discovered that I have a tiny (like 1/8" diameter) hole. Do I worry about that?
I'd keep an eye on it so it doesn't start to split down the wall. You should be ok though.
