Without the ability to inspect, what do you think is the problem with this pool? cost of fixing?

hummmmmmmmmmm plaster problems inside the spa? It seems to be:

The big question is "how is the water able to get through the wall?" or is it from the "splash" of the overflow ?

it is not from the "splash", very weird. my friend just bought the house and the seller credit 5000$ for the "issue" (we still don't know what the issue is) but i guess we will have to find out ...
The pool inspection in the disclosures didn't even mentioned it...
idk but you can probably get the spa itself replastered for a lot less than $5k..
Can you get a picture of the other side of that wall?
It's not unusual for a wall like that to weep a little. The other side may just need sealing if it's the same as this side.
