Have some calcium buildup...anyone have the same issue and any product that can be added to remove it other than sandblasting?

Kieserite blasting is best.
If minor, you can use a dilute muriatic acid and a scrub brush. Proper PPE is needed.

I know your looking for options other than media blasting, but the the thread below has some good info on calcium scaling and removal options. I paid $4.00 per linear foot for glass bead blasting and believe it was well worth the cost. Good luck!

I used a Jacks Magic product to remove the scale in my pool. I think they have products to remove it from tile and other areas.
