Has anyone found a way to remove calcium buildup with an oscillating multi-tool type thing? I was going to try with medium grit sandpaper but I don’t want to damage the tiles. Any advice?

Those tools have the capability to hold a variety of pads which might work without causing damage to the tile itself. Always start with a lighter grit/scuff product and work your way up if needed. Also test in a small inconspicuous area first. Let the area dry thoroughly to see if you are pleased with the result.

Unless you have a battery operated tool, I would imagine the other concern would be electrical safety around the water.
