Aqualilink won't come back on after turning power off

I turned off power to aqualink, turned back on, but took several hours before it came on,but it did come back on, why did it take so long

When it "comes back on", what does that mean? The pump starts? You can access via the phone app again? You see lights on the outdoor panel?
You should immediately see lights on the outdoor panel when power is applied. If you see lights, it is "on". If you are saying the pump isn't starting or you can't access via phone/computer interface, then that could be another issue.
