Is it normal for the ta to rise during a slam mine went from 100 to 150 in 5days still not perfect clear don't know if I am doing something wrong , going to do a over night test .

If you have hard water and you had to add a bunch after backwashing, that could account for it.
You really shouldn't worry about anything but FC & CC until the SLAM is complete. As you've experienced, eradicating algae is a lengthy process. Fixing the rest can be done in a couple hours once the water is clear and FC levels drop back from shock to normal.
