Replace blower with Air-induction jets

Hello
Got a used old hot tub for free. QCA EM-100. 240V . Spa came with air blower which sounds like a vacuum cleaner. Is it possible to make it run more quiet? Also is it possible to remove it and use air-induction jets? Anyone ever done that?
