Pool light for night time swimming?

Most in ground pool light need to be installed when the pool is built or remodelled, there are few options available that can be retrofitted. About the best bet you will have now is use of rechargeable "glo bouy" style lights offered under various brands, they give some light, but not much.

I have a pair of rechargeable glow buoy style floaters that we use in the pool when doing in the pool movie nights with a projector and screen, they provide a fair amount of low level lighting while not being too distracting to the movie experience, but not what I would call bright lighting by any means. I don't have any first hand experience with the other options.
