    foam board?

I have a 15x42 Intex frame pool. I am considering using Pactiv 1/4-in x 50-ft x 4-ft Extruded Polystyrene Insulated Sheathing underneath. I also will sandwich it between tarps. Does this sound ok?

That's a good idea if it will work. Probably cheaper than buying the 1/2" or 1" 4X8 sheets. I'd be curious to know what others think on this idea. I might do it as well.

I did it on mine! (but I used the pink stuff from Home Depot)

I'd trim the edges too. Rain and splashout will not drain through it.
