I was wondering if anyone has a good mobile app to recommend for calculating pool chemical. App Store reviews seem like a good one is hard to find, and I hate to drop money on a bad one.

Welcome to TFP!!!Depends on the OS. There are lots of threads discussing this you should be able to search the forum for.
I use the hth app on my android. It's pretty good and not confusing at all for me being a beginner in the pool stuff.

We will not recommend any app that does not include the TFP recommended levels ... I highly doubt that an app put out by HTH is going to have the TFP recommended chemistry levels. Since you are new to TFP, you may not realize what we teach. BEWARE!!!
