Aquapure SWG says No Flow and Cell Reversing

Hi, I am a brand new pool owner and this is a brand new pool. Pool is about 45 days new and we put salt in about 2 weeks ago. I don't know if the SWG has ever worked correctly but now my chlorine drop test readings are less than 1.0 ppm.

Also, I am unable to monitor or track the salinity in the mobile app, not sure why. everything else seems to be usable in the app.

Where do I start for troubleshooting? I can call my pool builder but I'm doubtful I'll get a reply anytime soon.

I'll clean it in the morning, I've never had to even open the filter yet to check the cartridge.
I have a Jandy vsphp270 and it's running at either 1750 or 2750 rpm. I don't have a way to check flow at the pump.

The filter is probably clogged from plaster dust and maybe algae.

You have to remove the cartridges and hose them off. They look brown and should be white.

I rinsed everything with the garden hose and reassembled do I need to do anything to reset the swg

What speed is your pump running at?

Assemble the filter without the cartridges and see if you have FLOW.

Post pics of your pool equipment.

Try cranking the pump up.

I just turned the pump on and it's Pump is running at 3200.

Here are pictures of my equipment. The sensor indicator is blinking green for the flow. And the panel still has no flow lit.
