Thanks Dirk, I just replaced it and yes it was dead. Now I’m making chlorine again. I have attached my last test results and not sure what to do next with my readings. I’m confused, acid, chlorine, swg for days. What does anyone think of my readings?

I’m having a little problem of where to go from here. I have given up on the bits of whatever in the pool. I replaced the IC20 it’s working well. Here are some recent reading the last suggested I run the swg at 69% for 62 hours. Any guidence would be appreciated. I hope I did the post correctly.

For the last year it’s been running 8-10 hours a day. I cleaned it the last time, just with water it was really clean. Before that 3 months ago the pool guy did it, don’t know if he used acid. Is it worth taking it to the pool store to have it tested or just call it now?

Pressing or holding the “less” button does nothing. Holding the “plus” button runs through all the lights and then goes back to the same as before holding the button. I am not having any issues with my chlorine numbers?

I have given up. I still have small flakes the size of pencil lead diameter. Not as bad and now I see off and on thousands of tiny air or hydrogen bubbles. I’m not worried. I have talked to everyone I could find and no real answers.

Well it fizzed. It didn’t melt away the flakes but it did fizz for a a minute or so. Thanks in advance for your help so far.
