Do I Need a Different Pump or filter by pass for Spa to work Jets?

Thank you for your reply, my answers below: When the pump is running full speed filter pressure is 30-35psi Originally, I had 7/16" orifice nozzles installed. However, about two weeks ago I replaced them with smaller ones: 5/16". Before this change, I barely could get any bubbles at all...

Do I Need a Different Pump or filter by pass for Spa to work Jets?

Hi everyone, I have a question about my pool setup and would appreciate some advice. My pool was built last year, and I'm experiencing an issue with the spa jets. Two out of the six venturi jets aren't producing bubbles. Here's some additional information: Filter: 60 sq ft DE filter (recently...

    How to improve sundeck jets

This is an amazing idea! Would you mind sharing a photo, so I could show it to my builder? I think, this is exactly, what we are going to be doing, add some decorative tiles around the damaged area.

    How to improve sundeck jets

Thank you, I've replied to your post in that thread. However, I'm still interested in learning: has anyone done temporary water removal from parts of shallow area? If so, what did they do?

    How to improve sundeck jets

@ How about carefully smoothing just the part that was chipped, without touching the rest of the surface? Are there other suggestions on what can I do to improve these bubblers? I would use 5.5" faceplates, but I can't find anything larger than 3.5".

    How to improve sundeck jets

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on how to temporarily remove water from my sundeck area. I need to do some repair work on the bubblers, which involves polishing the plaster with a grinder. I'd rather not drain the pool if possible. My sundeck is about 12" deep. Sundeck photos.

    How to improve sundeck jets

As follow up, may be I could just polish this plaster? If so how can I do it without draining pool?

    How to improve sundeck jets

We have two jets on the sundeck that are not very aesthetically pleasing. The plaster around them has been damaged because the pipes were not properly sealed before plastering during the buildingprocess. Is there anything I can do to improve these fittings? Are there large 5" faceplates...

Pentair Home app: how to turn on superchlorinate?

Thank you, so the app is basically incomplete, do you know of this is a known issue or should it be reported? Anyways, I am actually using home assistant integration, which surprisingly still works even after the pentair app change.

    DE Filter Pressure pressure RPM

I have a lot of pines around the pool, and needles are floating on the surface. For some reason at 2000rpm not all needles get to the skimmers. So, I run 4 hours at higher speed to resolve that. The leaves and needles that sink are picked up by dolphin m600 cleaner.

    DE Filter Pressure pressure RPM

The DE Filter pressure changes with pump RPMs, which makes sense. The question is at what RPM should I measure my initial pressure after backwashing? Currently, my pump is running 20hours at 2000RPM, and 4 hours 3450RPM. (I am still new to the pool, and may need to adjust that).

    Whisperflo VST and Intellicenter

I am trying to hookup a new Whisperflo VST to Intellicenter via RS-485. However, there is no option for such pump in the Intellicenter menu. Can I use one of the provided options instead? Which one should it be Intelliflo VS VSF or VF?

    Connecting conduit to skimmer

Thank you for the feedback. I ended up using a short flex elbow before going to hard conduit. This way there is going to be some room for the skimmer during concrete pouring phase.
