    Pool slide resurfacing help

You are not wrong... but that may just give it more life for the cost than needed here. REALLY hoping to only give it one or two seasons max before fully renovating the pool. So looking for a somewhat temp solution to protect my kids butt from a chopped up slide lol :D

    Pool slide resurfacing help

Thanks for the reply. Your waterfeature does look lovely, but i fully agree with you I will never go faux rocks again. I do plan on having it all ripped out and done differently, but need a temp solution. You confirmed that I will need to fully sand it down, patch the cracks.... I am looking at...

    Pool slide resurfacing help

Hey All! Hope this is in the right place. Y'all were great help before with identifying a suction side leak, so hopefully the community can help once more. I bought my house about two years ago, and it has a pool that was built early 2000s. The plan was to have the pool fully chipped out and...

Appreciate the input! This is in near all day every day Arizona sunshine.. so maybe less concern on mold. I will give it a shot!

    Pool rocks deteriorating

What about just using a sealer over the areas where the water actively runs over to prevent just that from eroding?

    Pool rocks deteriorating

My hope would to just seal off where the water actively runs over to reduce erosion. Eventually I will have it all removed... but the quote i got was 60k to demo all the boulders, new pebbletec, bunch of other stuff as well... but the project will have to wait.

    Pool rocks deteriorating

Hey all! Wasnt sure what forum to post this in... but here we are! I have a pool, a bit older, 20 years old or so, and at the time it was created, it seemed the industry really loved these decorative boulders. They are all around my pool, and my waterfall/slide feature is made of the stuff...

Aqualink 2.0 and pump not working

Showing that Pool Speed is at 1750 RPM. Cursory google search recommends 2200-2400 RPM, you are at 2000.... Any suggestions? But also.. you are right. I see some water leaking out of Part2. That certainly wont help things.

I was off in my original description... shouldnt have tried to write post just from memory. I replied above with better observations and a pic.

Aqualink 2.0 and pump not working

Ok, so here is what i observed with the 3 minute priming time... Starting the filter from the the app: Part1 and Part2 starts (See pic), runs for 3 minute prime time with water moving, then at 3 minutes it sounds like it shifts into a "lower gear" pitch only Part1 shows water moving. Skimmer...

Aqualink 2.0 and pump not working

Hey All, Just bought a home last May, and am a first time pool owner. The pool is older, as is most of the equipment. It has an aqualink 2.0, and everything was running fine and on a schedule after i bought it from the previous owner. But, as of a few weeks ago.. something weird is happening...
