    TA100D adapter wrench

I was going to takeoff the valve on our filter and realized we did not have the adapter wrench to remove it. After confirming the part number with Pentair, I started looking online to find a replacement. The replacements are around $250. I asked the pool builder if he had it and of course he...

    Pentair MicroBrite light issue

Thanks. I will try resetting and then will check the light wiring. It has to be something other than a bad light since both lights on circuit are not responding.

    Pentair MicroBrite light issue

I am in a bit of a quandary about what is going on with our lights. We have 4 color changing MicroBrite lights controlled by EasyTouch and ScreenLogic Interface. Two of the lights are on same “circuit” in the shallow end and 2 of the lights are on same “circuit” for deep end. When I...

    New to Robot Cleaner Question

No, but in previous threads that I have read over the years. I have seen many recommendations to have the salt level a little above the recommended chlorinator recommended level. Pentair recommends 3600 for the IC60. I usually keep it around 3800 thanks! I didn’t think of that. Will update

    New to Robot Cleaner Question

Not sure why they aren’t showing up. I just posted test results today. FC 7 PH 7.8 CYA 60 (adding more CYA) recently backwashed TA 70 Salt 3650 (will add more) CH 50 I do check my pool on a regular basis and use TF test kits so it shouldn’t be dead algae as I have not had it out of balance and...

    New to Robot Cleaner Question

Thanks for the reply. I have been skimming for almost 24 hours a day and it seems that this is so fine that it settles very quickly, and still is not catching it. We have very high grass pollen counts in our area right now, and it is almost an invisible dust. So while I am skimming, almost...

    New to Robot Cleaner Question

I have read numerous post regarding robotic pool, cleaners as we have never owned one before. Currently we have the suction side The PoolCleaner 4 wheel. We use the pressure side option on her other pool and it worked pretty well as we had lots of leaves; however, our current pool has a few...

    Pentair Tagelus 100 Question

This filter does not have a manual bleeder valve, so I just want make sure that before I open up the filter for any maintenance, that there is nothing I need to do. I have tried to speak with technical support at Pentair without any success. It seems this filter automatically purchase air on...

    Middle Tennessee Build

Good question! I had the ET8 before and was familiar with it. I want to be sure I can control some line voltage lighting (polar lights) as well as IC60,etc. I will research that a bit further. Thanks!

    Middle Tennessee Build

This is our 2nd pool. We downsized houses but upsized pools! This site made taking care of the other one a breeze. We had the pleasure of hammering out a little bit of rock but we ended up with water depth in deep end of 6.5. We used 48” panels so we have just what we need. Progress is...

    Sand Filter Decision

Thanks! We have plenty of room so I think the Tagelus TA100D might be a good option. Funny, my husband said the same thing about the liner! Midnight Quartz it is. At least when we put it in we will post pics so anyone else looking fo it will be able to see it here!

    Sand Filter Decision

We are under construction of a new pool (and house) 🤪 and this pool is quite a bit larger than our last pool. It was about 20,000 gallons and we had a Pentair Triton II TR100 filter and a Pentair Intelliflo pump. We were very happy with both. Hardly ever had to backwash. We are going with...

Passed OCLT but water still cloudy

4 days ago I needed to drain pool due to recent heavy rains. All my levels had been on target to that point. Got distracted and drained below skimmers. I added water back now pool is cloudy. It’s not sunny right now so I haven’t rechecked CYA but I may be around 60 now. Also my salt level...

    Yet another leaking multiport valve...

I have researched for quite awhile for info on leaking multi port valves on this site and didn't find anything exactly like my problem. I have a Pentair MPV Model #261055. I have seen a bit of water around handle at times but not consistently and thought it could be from rain/sprinkler, etc...

Leaf + tree debris problem? Cheaper options?

Search this forum for info on the Pool Cleaner (Poolvergnuegen). I decided on Pressure Side and it does a pretty good job and we have trees all around our house. There are few parts to repair and it wasn't terribly expensive.

    undecided

First, I will say adding a pool was one of the best things we did. It's just my husband and I but we are thoroughly enjoying it. Even if I am not in it every day, I still love having a body of water in the back yard. We do have a waterfall and that adds to it as well so I do recommend some...
