After go through the freeze in Texas my jandy aquapure is still flashing LO. Temp outside is 66 and pool water temp is 53 . Does the system go off the outside temp or the water temp ? Also does anyone know what the cutoff temp is ?

Thank you . I just verified through the i aqua link that the spa was in freeze mode. It also had a setting to put spa blower in freeze mode . It was off . Should that be on freeze mode ?

This is my first winter with my jandy aquapure 1400 swg . What temp does the Swg on aquapure stop,generating? My pool temp 56 degrees and on the display it is flashing from Lo to 10% . 10% is what I have set for chlorine production .

Fill water is 160 ppm calcium hardness. It was a terrible downpour . I lost about 650 ppm of salt as well . What amazes me is I only lost about 10 ppm of cya . It went from 80 to 70 . I figured I would have lost a lot more of that

No sir I don’t know . I have tested Alkalinity and it’s high but never tested Calcium. I will test in a bit and circle back

Had a huge storm yesterday. Calcium hardness was at 380 ppm before storm . Today it is at 270 ppm. Is it normal for the calcium hardness to drop after large rainstorm? I can’t recall it ever dropping before when we had extreme rain. Should I add calcium hardness or will it rise on its own?

Great question. Even in my 25ml testing I add a tad more than 2 scoops 😂

Yes sir . I totally understand the variance difference in drops but 2pp difference is alot

I cleaned the vial after every test and also use a sampler sizer so I know the water in vial is accurate
