How’s the actual PH reading relative to the sensor reading? If the PH sensor is reading off from actual this would explain a drop test of 4-5 but the panel indicating a lower chlorine reading. Might be wise to log both actual PH reading and FC drop test compared to panel/sensor readings to see which parameter is at the root cause of the shift.

I have been logging them for years on any showroom hot tubs,we have a software program that I use for all testing I have performed also manually logged in a file for backup for any issues that happen.
That way any attempts at warranty disputes from manufacturers have been documented and done weekly,or bi weekly as per ownerships mandatory requirement for the job position.
We sold our first one Saturday and are delivering it next week so we will have our first customer adventure with a new system.

So far after getting original high chlorine level down the sensors have been responding accordingly.
