Yes all gaskets lubed. I'm completely out of ideas.

Also all new seals in pump. The only time I've heard it stop is when pressure hits 20 which is not ideal.

Yes it's a hard white buildup. Plates are white also.

Cell worked great all year. Closed the pool and saw mineral buildup on non cord end. Did the muriatic acid clean recommended by Hayward YouTube video. However the cell never bubbled and buildup remains. The cells on corded end look great and never had any build up. I let it soak no bubbles so...

I got it. Like mentioned all plumbing and drain plugs needed put back on. Compressor to pump and air started flowing. I'm now closed up. Last question do I take the skimmer doors off? Thanks!
