Humidity and Heat are the enemies of your test kit. If you keep your reagents outside, they will breakdown a lot faster. Always keep your test kit indoors and store in a cool dry place. You can certainly test outside by the pool if you prefer but the reagents and kit should always come indoors.

I keep it all in my Stanley SortMaster box. Holds all the extras--Speedstir, an extra "magic bean", pen, small note book. Keep it on a shelf by the computer.
