We know times change and many of you are concerned about your privacy. We at TFP understand and respect this so we wish to make things easy to delete your account. Before you go however we'd like to clarify a few things,
Deleting your TFP and PoolMath account
Before you go
- If you are getting too many notifications or emails from us, you can disable them here
- If you want to change your username, you can request a username change here.
- Content indexed by Google or other search engines may not be able to be hidden. We will delete any identifying personal information, but content created while on TFP may be difficult to remove.
How to delete your account
To delete all identifying information users can send an email using the Contact Us page. Including the following information will help us remove information quicker,
- Username
- Email address used
- PoolMath Account Number if created
How to find your PoolMath Account ID
To find your account ID inside of PoolMath users should first click on the “Hamburger Menu” and then select About TFP. From there scroll down slightly until you see a field for your identification number. Click the “Copy Account ID” button and paste that in the Contact Us page.
