I have a cordless Wybot S1 and I reached out to them through Amazon for support. They eventually gave me some information that has been invaluable. In fact I think it should be in the manual…
Mine was dead and nothing I did resolved the problem. They told me to remove the leaf basket and that deep inside the unit I would find a plastic lever, that operates kind of like a switch. As soon as I shifted this lever, it fixed the issue. As mention, I’ve had to do this several times. Hoping this info can help others.
My problem now, and the reason I was searching the web, is that the robot just cleans the same spot over and over again, weirdly if I turn it around manually or move it to another spot it returns to the same spot. Also, it is not the same spot in the pool every time, it tends to be near where I drop it in. Very frustrating, it seems to have been a complete waste of money.
