Wrinkled liner

Now that my water is clearing up, I can see big wrinkles in the shallow end. Some of the bigger ones flap over about an inch. I went in today with a clean plunger and tried to suction them out like I’ve read in other posts, but nothing moved. The liner is only 3 years old and the water is currently only 72 degrees. Will it hurt anything if I can’t get the wrinkles out? Is there a chance the liner will soften and become more malleable as the water warms up, or do I need to call a professional?

The water level was low when I opened it in April. We had an unusually wet late summer through winter last year with minor flooding off and on. I had put a hose in so the pool wouldn’t overflow (I had a mesh winter blanket on it), and learned the hard way that the mesh isn’t as porous as I thought and drained too much water. The water was about a foot below the skimmer when I opened it.
