Will the sense and dispense chemicals get to the water

Hi TFP,

If the flow of the water is the direction of the arrows, will the chemical injectors work in the position they are located? Currently I have the water flow going through a bypass (different direction). The flow meter definitely isn't working with the flow of the arrows.

Thank you!

Is the Sense & Dispense using peristaltic pumps to deliver the chemicals or relying on Venturi suction to pull the chemicals in?

Passive injection by the Venturi principal typically requires Venturi injectors (specially designed pipe) to work. What you have there looks like duck bill injectors (injectors with check valves) that one finds in use with active peristaltic pumps.

Perhaps if you posted a wider angle shot of the entire equipment pad showing the flow of water in both normal and bypass configurations, then we may be able to help.

I would say that if the water is not flowing over the injectors and it’s stagnant in a particular confirmation, then you should not dose because the chemicals will just sit in stagnant water.
