White Stuff at Bottom of Pool

Good morning still slamming pool can see the bottom really good, but there is this white stuff at bottom when I brush it it clouds the pool up am I doing something wrong. Do I leave it alone until I’m finish slamming will filter eventually pick it up?

Can you add your pool and equipment details in your signature please?

Brush it, brush it! It should be the dead/dying algae. Keeping it stirred up lets the SLAM level chlorine work on it and let's it get into the filter.

Keep up with ALL the SLAM Process steps, you'll get to crystal clear pool!

Vacuum it up and filter it out. Sneak up on it with the vacuum and let the suction pull the dust in and move real slow so you don't send a pressure wave ahead of the vacuum that stirs it up.

Are you able to keep the pump on all the time? In order to filter the dead algae out (and circulate the chlorine) gotta keep the water moving
If so, be sure to backwash when the filter pressure raises 25% over clean
Keep brushing and testing/raising FC, you'll be clear & blue soon! Enjoying a happy pool!!

Yep.. I’ve been running pump 24/7 and cont to brush everyday and I do backwash. Thank you I will keep on with the process to I’ll conquer a sparkling clear blue pool.

Check for hidden places. Inside those steps, any ladders/skimmer throat, etc.
