White film on Lueders and Oklahoma Stone around pool

TFP, I'm new to the site and looking forward to your insight.
I have a new pool and we used Oklahoma Lueders for the coping. It takes on different looks daily and now has a white stain on it and also on the vertical walls. How do I clean it?

Can you add a signature? See Pool School - Getting Started.

I assume that is natural rock? It could be efflorescence. You can try a dilute muriatic acid solution but typically efflorescence is difficult to eliminate completely.
