Which part to replace cracked filter manifold?

My Hayward pump filter manifold is cracked, and I don't know which version I need?

Both look identical in the descriptions. I emailed inyo pools, and was told one is made for the 3030 model and the other is for the 5030 model. That doesn't help much since I don't know what I have. There are 4 pleated cartridge filters, 7"OD x 25"tall..does that help identify what I need?

It looks like you probably have the C4030, which takes a CX3030C

They look the same to me, but they have 2 different model numbers, so maybe there is some sort of difference.
