Guys, this little pond was here when i bought the house. It had cracked up plaster on top of what you can see now. My concerns is how to concrete the inside without it cracking again. The outer walls are concrete but there is no concrete on the bottom.

That's a job for the pros for sure. If you intend on sticking with 100% plaster, they will have to fix and reinforce the base and get everything stabilized to what can be salvaged. Or you can discuss having a soft base with a vinyl lined pool. So you have a couple options I suppose. I suspect the plumbing and equipment may also need to be worked, so have that in mind as well.
