where/how to store CYA?

So I found a partial bag of CYA in my backyard. So it was there all last summer and through the winter. I need it, can I use it? Is it still good?

It should be stored in its original container/bag, kept dry and not left out in sun/rain.

That being said, it's probably fine to use it.
Is it still in granular form or hard as a rock? If clumped together, break it up in small pieces.
Put it in a sock, hang in front of a return, squeeze the sock repeatedly every 30-60 minutes until it's all dissolved.
