300 is getting up there for sure. I thought once I saw a post around 400 or so, but I can't find it. 300 should get you a silver or bronze medal though.
My fill water is around 400, though it fluctuates luckily. That is why I'm just pumping the dirty water off my cover this year, I would rather SLAM upon opening than deal with adding half a gallon of acid every couple of days for a month.
As far as in the pool, I think it was nearly 300 the year I lost half my water due to plugging my return incorrectly and had to refill.
I wanna day a user in Indiana had TA in the 400’s a year or two ago. She was doing a Baqua conversion if my memory serves me right.
Donaldson, I too am looking at a Slam this year as we “harvest” the nasty cover-water to avoid trucking in water as our fill water is high in iron. Likely gonna start a slam in a week or two.
