What would your approach be??

I am trying to migrate to using only Liquid Chlorine. I recently did a partial drain of my 25,500 gallon pool in Scottsdale AZ. Its 97 today. Pool is open all year. Full sun many days. Due to where I am on the city water line, I fight high PH all the time.

Here is where I am at?
FC 3
CYA 40
PH - 8 - will fix in morning with MA
TA - 107
Calcium Hardness - 254

My issue is that I seem to be burning the LC fairly fast. My pool seems to gather CYA quickly if I use tabs.

If I didn't include something you want to know just ask.

You'll need to add chlorine daily to stay above the minimum per the FC/CYA Levels.

You could increase your cya and see how much that helps but since the days are getting shorter and less sunlight, you're going to see less FC use each day. I keep my cya at 60 and at the peak of summer, I was losing 3.5ppm per day. Right now, I'm losing 2-2.5ppm per day.
