What to do? Missing tiles and cracks in concrete

I have two spots where I don’t have tiles but there is concrete exposed with a crack. I’d like to replace tiles but pool is old. Is there something I should put in place or just grout over this? Please include any links if possible.

I also have one spot where I do have a tile. I am assuming I need to glue on and grout over? Any recommendations on glue, thinset, or grout? Links if you can please!
