What to do first...

Finally got the pool open today, to less than desirable results. This is our first "dirty" opening, so unsure how to proceed.

Water wasn't too bad until some seepage from the cover got in... Now it's murky. Should I:

Fire up the filter and backwash pretty quickly thereafter?

Test water?

Vacuum pool?
