Okay so this is a new construction pool, project was completed back in November. Just this week I have noticed "this" on one wall. Today I set outside and go take a peek at it, and find another smaller area on the opposite wall. So of course I walked the whole pool and those two walls so far are all that is involved. So of course I think the worst and being worrying that the wall may be cracking?? I know we just had a boat load of rain, no standing water noted in our back yard. Water behind the liner is not an option as I wasted water out 3 times never allowing it to get above the skimmers. I mean obviously I hope it a wrinkle and not a cracked wall but I am starting to worry. Our pool chemistries have been very stable since filling the pool.
