What is digging under the concrete?

Looks we have a new tenant - what do you think has moved in? There are lots of rabbits around - but do they move this much gravel? There are skunks around - big hole for a skunk I think. Groundhog? Never seen one in the neighborhood. There are chipmunks under the deck, so maybe a fox looking for a chipmunk meal?
Pool is 40+ years old, so no doubt gravel has sunk underneath and lots of space for a growing family! Suggestions? Mothballs? Loud music 24x7 (classic rock or rap?). Prefer not to become a trapper!
Thanks for the ideas.
Looking to evict in Ottawa, Ontario

When I had that problem I setup a wireless motion sensitive camera over the area that recorded the critter at night to identify it.

Once identified I call mt local pest control guy who set some baited cages in the area. Within a few days the camera recorded the critter in the cage. The pest control guy came, threw a blanket over the cage, and took it away to be relocated.

You can fill the hole with mothballs, gravel, and steel wool to try and encourage the critter to move on. If you use mothballs you better like the smell when being around that area of the pool. They often have other exit holes and filling in one only works if you caught it early.
