What happened to my filter, pump and circulation???

I cleaned out my skimmers today, the pool was circulating, but when I turned the pump off to clean out the basket at the pump, I turned the pump back on and the motor runs, but the booster pump and filter won't kick on? I am getting a chlorinator off message and water is not coming out of the jets, there is one jet that has air bubbles coming out, but the others nothing. Could I have a clog? The skimmers were very full of pollen and small tree seed like things. Any ideas?

If air bubbles are coming out of a return it sounds like a suction side air leak. However, it could be that the impeller is clogged with the seed pods and not pumping. You did remember to open the valves back didn't you? Just asking (might have done that once)

The booster pump came on today, I may not have left the system on long enough yesterday for it to kick on, but still no water circulation. I have ordered the infamous drain king to see if that will help any, otherwise the pool company will be out on Friday (today's Monday). I suppose they will be able to tell me if there is a leak. I just thing it must be a clog because everything was fine until I opened the pump basket to clean it out. I checked the impeller and it turns fine.
