So... I tried to find someone to replace pump 1 today. I live in Halifax, NS. The hot tub companies don't do weekend repairs. How do I stop my hot tub and components from freezing while I wait for service?

Try to open the control panel and unplug the pump that is tripping the breaker. That should allow the heater and other pump (if you have one) to prevent freezing.
Current is probably already off because of the breaker but make sure it is of course before opening the panel.
