Installing a couple of sets of stair rails. Q- recommendations on anchor bases and install for paver deck.
Was planning on pouring a 2x3 deep concrete cube w mesh then setting anchor plate. Keeping concrete at paver base
then using some urethane adhesive for the few pavers ontop of the concrete pad.
Any ideas or feedback.
PS this is a retro fit.
Then SR Smith Art 1001 & 1004 marine grade rails.

If you use the SR Smith rails you will also have to find the bond grid and attach to it. Yo may want to try the Saftron brand. They are vinyl coated and need not be bonded. They are similar in design to the SR Smith. I have found that the taupe colored ones blend best with most yards. they do not get as hot in the sun as a stainless rail will (very hot). Available on Amazon for good prices.
How deep (thick) are your pavers? You may find that mounting to a concrete block below them will interfere with the pool clearances. You may need to pour it to the level of the pavers (perhaps coloring and stamping) so that it will fit.

If you need to remove them, get brass anchor sockets. If not, I use large bonding clamps applied about 1" above the bottom of the leg and pour them into the concrete deck after drilling 4" holes. Very sturdy.
