Help! We are now on our second summer without our waterfall and slide. We went to turn it on one day and nothing happened when my husband flipped the switch. He and my dad tried a few things with the pump and they weren’t able to get it working. At this point I’m not even looking to troubleshoot. I just need to know who would be able to fix it? The pool service we had last year said they didn’t fix waterfall or rock slide features. Anyone in AZ have recommendation on who could repair it? Thanks!

I use Northwest Pool and Spa when I need something done that I'm not capable of and I can't wait for Shasta Pools to get here to honor their lifetime warranty 4 weeks later.
