Water won't clear

I've tried unsuccessfully for about two weeks to clear my water. I'm getting really frustrated at this . I've taken readings this morning. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated. My readings are:

FC=1.8
CC=0.4
CYA=50
TA=120
PH=7.4

Walk us through the steps of what you've done and tell us what equipment you have and what test kit you're using to test with.

The first thing I see is that the FC is way too low for the CYA of 50. It should be never get lower than 4ppm. Also with a CC of .4 you probably need to shock, but running the OCLT will confirm or deny that.
