Water Is Not Crystal Clear

Over the last couple weeks I have noticed my water is not sparkling like it was why I opened it. Now when I brush the bottom a green cloud comes up from sides and bottom of pool. I have a salt water system so I changed my percentages to bring up chlorine. I checked my chemistry levels numerous times and they were always good. FC 3 CC 0 TA 50 PH 7.6. I have shocked pool brushed it everyday, add clarifier, and still nothing. It stays the same. Any help would be appreciated. I will try to add some photos.

What is your CYA level?

Definitely sounds like the start of algae. The SLAM process is what you'll need to follow for algae. Pool School - SLAM - Shock Level And Maintain

Regardless of where you have been keeping FC, you have visible and need to start a SLAM Process right away.

What is your CYA level, and how are you testing the water?

The use of unnecessary clarifiers instead of needed liquid chlorine is wasting your sparkle.

Stick with the TFP method. Stop wasting money on magic potions that don't work.

That's my advise and I'm stickin' to it!

CYA is 50 and I am testing with FAS-DPD kit. Wouldn't I have a CC level above 0 if I had algae in water?

Not necessarily, but an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test will tell for sure.
