Water has green tint after opening

I opened my pool for the first time. I added liquid bleach and chlorine stabilizer yesterday. I’ve run the pump overnight and all day for the stabilizer. The bleach was gone today but the CYA was up to 50. I added more chlorine today and brought FC to 4. The Ph was low so I added the recommended amount of borax. The pool went from clear to a green tint. Current levels are:

FC 4
TA 130
CYA 50
Ph 7.8
CSI -.06

I believe our city water is heavy in iron due to old pipes. I will be trying the bucket trick.

Yeah, clear green when adding FC indicates iron or possibly copper. Polyfill in the skimmer should let you know!
