I have a plastic niche for my deep end light that has a copper lug inside of it. I don't know if it satisfies the 9 square inch requirement for water bond. There is a metal strip in the top of the niche but it is smaller than 9 square inches I believe.
If the deep end ladder base is bonded with the metal grid, does that meet the code of the 9 square inches? The base obviously isn't in the water but the rails are and its more than 9 square inches.
If not, whats another way to meet the water bond code? Thanks in advance.
