The cause is the same (rusted screws) nut the fix isnt good if that in fact is a concrete wall liner pool. Only way to fix is 2 options. First choice is to remove the coping amd reinstall new liner track. Looks like you have concrete cantilever amd if that is monilithic you need precise cutting so you can use precast coping afterwards. The second choice is to remove all of it with brute force and angle grinders amd install face liner track with tapcons or wedge nails. Cheaper way is second choice but that liner needs to be newer to be able to stretch back up with either way. Hard to tell the age from pics
