We haven’t had to replace our liner yet but I know the time is getting near. Had a hail storm last night and it put a hole in the corner. It is above the water line but unsure if this can just be patched or what my best plan of action would be. I just opened a couple days ago and haven’t started treating the water yet. Any help would be appreciated!

I've used flex tape to seal an underwater tear before on my vinyl liner as a stopgap until I could replace it. Should be fine for one above the water level. Yours looks pretty brittle, so budgeting for a new one would be good, but until then, that Flex Tape is pretty good/strong stuff.
This is the flex tape you speak of? That seems easy enough. I also have extra pieces of liner if that would work better? I’d just need to get some vinyl adhesive. I am hoping I can survive this summer season by patching then replace the liner at closing time.

That liner doesn't appear to be anywhere close to the side of the pool wall and I can only imagine it is sticking out pretty far if a hailstone moving vertically punched a hole in it. If it is tight like a drum on the sides but it is not immediately hitting the solid wall behind it, this dam is about to burst. I would get a new liner asap because the pressure on the liner can cause a huge tear to an old liner. Ask me how I know....

I never had good luck with vinyl adhesive, but I was also working underwater. The Flex Tape I used was white, I believe, and came on a roll but was otherwise the same stuff.
That is my fear with patching. There is nothing solid behind to put much pressure on when getting the patch to stick.
