Variable speed pump settings

Hi,
New to forum. Just upgraded from single speed pump to variable speed. Looking for suggestions on what the best schedule to run the pump. Have an approximately 22,500 gallon vinyl unground pool with a sand filter. Chlorine pool with an in-line chlorinator. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

With all that info, I'd know you had a gas heater (and which one), a waterfall and in floor cleaners. Or none of that.

VS pumps are the bees knees. You only need to run them fast enough to perform the needed tasks, and usually that already covers enough skimming and filtering. I run mine 24/7 at 1200 RPMs for about $20 a month because we like the look of running water, and I'd be paying at least $10 either way.

Anywho, let us know what you got and we can hatch a plan.
