My vacuum hose has become detached from the collar which attaches to the vacuum head. There are adhesive remnants so it was glued in somehow before. What kind of adhesive can I use to reattach it? Salt water in-ground pool.

I used a standard silicone glue/adhesive when I last replaced my collar. A generous amount on the ribs of the hose and the inside of the collar, slip together, then let it set for 24 hrs.
