Experts, I need your thoughts on whether this slight hairline cracks are normal around pool deck between walls and deck. I tried to use grinder to put new cement on some of the bigger ones, but not sure it is the right approach. I thought the pool deck is settled and I could cement them as the builders did it this way.
My question is, should I use another more flexible product to grout them? Or cement is ok to use? Please see pics.
